What's New for the 2022 Cadillac Escalade?

2022 Escalade Trims & Features

Kicking off the Cadillac Escalade family is the Luxury. The Luxury features spoke alloy wheels with a silver polish finish. It has a number of notable chrome accents, too, including chrome touches on the front grille and the fascia. Heated front seats are standard, and the driver gets an added layer of luxury with 12-way adjustable seating. Along with 38 inches of screen space, the Cadillac Escalade has an AKG Studio sound system with 19 speakers. Cadillac's Smart System of driver-assist technology is also included. The next trim in the line is the Premium Luxury, which adds polished wheels and a panoramic sunroof. More standard safety technology is also included. Polished alloy wheels are an upgrade with the Sport trim, which also has a roof rack, trim details on the front fascia, a sport mesh grille, and attractive glossy black accents all around. More safety technology is standard and optional. The Premium Luxury Platinum has full aniline leather upholstery in all rows. The interior has more leather accents, including a leather instrument panel and upper door panel accents. This trim also has a 12.6-inch diagonal touchscreen and an adaptive ride suspension. The Sport Platinum is next with a 36-speaker sound system and soft-close doors.

2022 Cadillac Escalade Horsepower

Rear-wheel drive is available with the Cadillac Escalade, and it has two options available for engine and horsepower. Standard with the lineup is a 6.2L V8 gasoline engine. This engine produces 420 HP. Both engines deliver 460 LB-FT in torque. You can also get a turbo diesel engine with a power output of 277 HP. An automatic 10-speed transmission is standard.
