For a limited engagement, those who relish gourmet dining can experience a bespoke meal in the back of a Cadillac through the 'Cadillac of Reservations' initiative.
What is 'Cadillac of Reservation'?
'Cadillac of Reservations' is an innovative collaboration between Cadillac and hand-picked restaurants across the United States. It invites customers to dine at top-tier eateries without leaving their Cadillac's rear seat. Guests enjoy a curated multi-course dinner inside a Cadillac Escalade IQ—a full-size luxury SUV blending traditional Escalade luxury with electric propulsion. Throughout the service, diners can make the most of the Escalade IQ's amenities: a premium audio system tuned with playlists tailored to each dish and plush seating crafted from premium materials, complete with heating, cooling, and massage features.
In early 2025, Cadillac launched the program in New York City under the banner 'Cadillac X COQODAQ.' A select group of diners was invited to taste COQODAQ's celebrated culinary creations in the back of an Escalade IQ, enjoying a five-course menu, immersive soundscapes, captain's chairs, and a virtual fireplace via Cadillac's large infotainment display.
Following the pilot's triumph, Cadillac extends this elite dining concept to more nationwide locations. Upcoming partnerships include La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills, CA; State Bird Provisions in San Francisco; and COTE Korean Steakhouse in Miami, FL, all scheduled throughout 2025.
